Workshop Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in production activities.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
  • Possess leadership skills to lead a group of individuals/teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for leading activities related to Operations and sustainability, specifically leading the Maintenance Team in terms of personnel, workshops, warehouses, and spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with workshop/warehouse and transportation regulations, accident prevention regulations, and environmental regulations.
  • Estimate and specify quotations for repairs (Corrective Maintenance).
  • Manage and observe physical inspections of goods upon receiving from suppliers and conduct physical/visual inspections.
  • Control and save the budget for maintenance and spare parts.
  • Report any damages or misuse immediately.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures at all times.
  • Inspect and authorize all repair works carried out by PMV workshop staff.
